Such measurement can guide the utilization of limited resources and help students be more successful. In this thesis, we study the impact of two important inputs to the educational production function. On the technological side, we study the impact of ICTs, specifically wifi usage and laptop ownership. On the sociological side, we study the effect students have on each other, or the peer effect.
